Team workspaces for a small business link vault

Shared vaults are a current feature, not a teaser (Stand: 2026-09)

LinkVault already includes team workspaces with shared links. A small business can keep vendor docs, invoice portals, and research URLs in one vault instead of a private bookmark bar.

What the team vault does

Members of a workspace see the same saved URLs. Optional cloud sync updates every device through the LinkVault API. Each person’s offline SQLite copy still works without a network.

What it does not invent

This is not a new product launch. It explains the existing team workspace for shops and studios that already use LinkVault for a personal library. Optional AI enrichment can tag a saved page; it stays opt-in.

How a two-person studio uses it

Save the client’s brand guidelines URL into the team workspace. Tag it client. Open it on the other machine after sync. Export JSON when the project ends.
