One vault per class, not per messenger thread

Create a team workspace for the class or course. Save reading lists, lab instructions, and museum pages into that workspace. Students open the same item on phone, tablet, or browser after optional sync.

Tags that match the timetable

Use categories and tags for unit, week, or subject. A tag week-12 beats a filename in a shared drive. Offline-first storage keeps the list readable on a school laptop with a weak network.

What stays out of the chat

Do not paste thirty URLs into a group chat. Save each source once in the team vault. JSON export gives the school a copy of the collection at term end.
